Specifically, you are prohibited from:

4. Lawful Use of Licensed Intent Data

For corporate users who accept our Consent-Gated Content Wall to unlock competitive intelligence, the resulting B2B Contextual Intent Leads must be handled with extreme care.

4.1: Permitted Commercial Outreach

Receiving Vendors may use the provided corporate email addresses, names, and contextual query details exclusively for targeted, highly relevant professional outreach. This outreach must align directly with the specific category comparison or software alternatives the User was actively investigating at the moment the data gate was unlocked.

4.2: Prohibited Data Exploitation

Corporate users who receive B2B intent leads from VerifiedLayer are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading, distributing, or leasing the provided user contact metrics to indiscriminate, unverified third-party data brokers, public data harvesters, or global spam lists.
• Utilizing automated dialing or emailing systems to repeatedly harass or bombard the matched user with unrelated marketing or non-B2B offerings.
• Ignoring automated system-level data modification or deletion logs transmitted by VerifiedLayer when a user chooses to exercise their statutory right to be forgotten.

5. Revenue and Platform Protection

5.1: Gate Circumvention

Our platform provides premium alternative scorecards and competitive arrays strictly through an explicit data value exchange: users agree to share their professional context in order to view locked metrics. Any attempt to exploit interface vulnerabilities, forge session cookies, or bypass this Hard-Gated Content Wall without providing valid, authenticated consent is treated as unauthorized data access and a breach of contract.

5.2: Account Security

Authorized Vendor Representatives are solely responsible for protecting their corporate administrative credentials and access logs. Sharing dashboard permissions or API access tokens with unauthorized third parties or unverified contractors is strictly forbidden.

6. System Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination

• Terminate or suspend your authenticated Vendor Dashboard or user account.
• Freeze, restrict, or lock your corporate profile page (/company/{slug}) to a programmatic score ceiling or apply a public non-compliance marker.
• Pursue full civil or equitable legal remedies to recover damages resulting from infrastructure exploitation or intellectual property theft.
