Conga Contracts is the contract lifecycle management (CLM) offering of Conga, a Thoma Bravo-owned revenue lifecycle management company formed in May 2020 when Apttus acquired Conga (AppExtremes) for $715M and adopted the Conga brand. Gartner Peer Insights lists 'Conga Contracts' and 'Conga CLM' as separate pages under the same vendor, so it is the same product family as Conga CLM and is distinct from Conga Composer (document generation), which is a separate product. Conga completed acquisition of PROS's B2B business on 2 February 2026.
