Contractbook is a Copenhagen-founded (2017) contract management platform for creating, e-signing, storing and tracking contracts, with AI import/extraction and an AI contract assistant. It was acquired by Scrive on 18 June 2025 and its website now states it is owned by Scrive ApS; it had raised roughly $43M across 6 rounds before the acquisition.
