GoTo Resolve is the unified IT management and remote support product from GoTo (formerly LogMeIn, founded 2003; renamed GoTo in 2022), combining remote access/control, unattended access, helpdesk ticketing, patch management, and AI-assisted diagnostics in one console. GoTo was taken private in 2020 by Francisco Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital (Elliott Management) for $4.3B, and its former subsidiary LastPass completed a full separation from GoTo in May 2024 following the 2022-2023 security incidents in which LastPass's and, subsequently, GoTo's own encrypted backups and an encryption key were compromised. GoTo reached a lender debt-exchange framework in January 2024 to address its balance sheet, and current CEO Rich Veldran (in the role since January 2024) has led the company's ongoing restructuring and product consolidation, now reporting over $1 billion in annual revenue and 3,000+ employees.
