Insightly is a CRM and project-management platform built for small and mid-sized businesses that need to manage the full customer lifecycle, from lead and pipeline management through post-sale project delivery, in one system. Founded in 2009 by Anthony Smith and later relocated to San Francisco, Insightly built its reputation on combining native project management with CRM, a differentiator versus sales-only tools. In July 2024, Insightly merged with landing-page platform Unbounce under private equity firm Crest Rock Partners, forming a combined sales-and-marketing organization led by CEO Steve Oriola. Insightly remains privately held.
