ISL Online is a remote desktop and remote support software provider founded in 2001 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with its first ISL Light product released in 2003. Developed within the XLAB group (led by CEO Gregor Berginc) and offered in both cloud and fully self-hosted (on-premise) deployment models, ISL Online serves IT professionals, helpdesks, and MSPs in over 100 countries with AES 256-bit encryption, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, two-factor authentication, and session recording. In September 2025, ISL Online was acquired by PDQ, a US-based endpoint management and IT automation vendor, following a prior 2024 technology partnership between the two companies; ISL Online continues to operate as a standalone product and as a built-in feature within PDQ Connect.
