Juro is a privately held, browser-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform headquartered in London, with engineering in Riga, Latvia and a US base opened in Boston in 2025. Co-founded by Richard Mabey (CEO) and Pavel Kovalevich, Juro has raised roughly $36-41M in venture funding (including a $23M Series B in January 2022 reported by TechCrunch) from investors including Eight Roads, USV, Point Nine Capital and Seedcamp.
