Nexthink is a digital employee experience (DEX) management vendor founded in 2004 by Pedro Bados, Patrick Hertzog and Vincent Bieri out of EPFL research. Its Infinity platform collects endpoint and application telemetry to measure, diagnose and remediate employee-technology issues. In October 2025 Nexthink announced a definitive agreement for a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners at an approximately $3 billion valuation, expected to close in Q1 2026 (closing not independently confirmed in this research).
