Nuxeo is a cloud-native, open-source content services and digital asset management (DAM) platform originally founded in Paris, France in 2000 by Stefane Fermigier. Hyland Software completed its acquisition of Nuxeo effective April 8, 2021, and Nuxeo Corporation was formally merged into Hyland Software, Inc. on April 1, 2022; the product is now marketed as the 'Hyland Nuxeo Platform.'
