The company renamed itself Revver in April 2023 (the flagship product formerly called Rubex was also renamed Revver), and now markets AI features (Smart Summary, Classification, Filing, Extract), no-code workflows and e-signature. It is privately held with venture and growth-equity backing, including Camden Partners as a portfolio investor.
