SysAid is an Israeli-founded IT service management (ITSM) and help desk platform used by tens of thousands of organizations worldwide for ticketing, incident, and asset management, with increasing investment in AI-driven automation ("SysAid Copilot") for ticket handling. Founded by Israel Lifshitz in 2002 and grown to profitability without major external funding for most of its history, SysAid is now led by CEO Avi Kedmi. The company holds SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001/27017/27018 certifications, and in November 2023 an on-premise zero-day vulnerability (CVE-2023-47246) was exploited by the Cl0p ransomware group against a limited number of self-hosted customers before SysAid issued a patch and public disclosure.
