Doodle

Doodle is a Swiss meeting-scheduling platform founded in 2007 by ETH Zurich students Michael Näf and Paul Sevinç. Swiss media group TX Group (formerly Tamedia) took an initial stake in 2011 and became 100% owner in 2014; TX Group remains Doodle's parent company. Christian Fielitz became CEO in May 2025. No evidence of a Bending Spoons acquisition was found; ownership is TX Group.
